I can only get one calendar to show on iCal using the Zulu demo version? When I re-publish the Calendars section shows all 4 calendars but 3 have blue checkboxes next to their names and the one that iCal shows the checkbox is gray. Is this a limitation of the demo version?

That isn't a limitation of the demo, though to tell you the truth, I'm having a hard time visualizing what you're seeing. Can you email me a screen shot?
