Gmail Email Address
Posted: Sat Dec 12, 2009 9:22 amI have two gmail addresses and the forum will not let me use either as my email. Are gmail addresses all banned?
Yes they are. Im very sorry for the inconvenience but they are responsible for the lion's share of spam we have to deal with.
Actually, I believe we can do what we need to by only banning gmail addresses that end in a number, like "....4@gmail.com" and I've reset our ban control to just that. I hope that helps.
(I'm glad to see you have another address you can log in from if need be.)
